Castle Conference 13
Full Paper Submission
Submitting the full paper for publication
All accepted proposals have now been passed through a double round blind review process and the full 4000 word papers have been returned to the author(s) for revision. Once revised according to the advice provided by the reviewers, it is very important that you follow these steps to submit your paper.
As you prepare your chapter for publication in the edited book, please read the following information carefully:
1. It is important that you use the feedback from your reviewers' comments to strengthen your work and guide the revision of the final copy that will be published in the conference book.
2. Prepare the paper as a PDF document.
3. The maximum length of the paper is 4,000 words, not including the references.
4. All headings and subheadings should be lowercase except for the first word. All should be flush left.
5. Single space all text.
6. Indent first line of a new paragraph, do not double space between paragraphs.
7. Use Times New Roman 12 point.
8. Follow APA 7th edition format for references, and make sure your references are complete and accurate. You can find help with APA here. Please note that the greatest burden for typesetting is created by people not referencing properly. We urge you to double check this step.
9. Reverse any ANONYMISING from previous drafts. Change your pseudonyms and reinsert the authors’ names in any citations to yourself in text (e.g. where you have put Author/s, masked). Change and include your references to your own work if these were previously masked.
10. Include a cover sheet: (this provides key information for each author on the paper). The cover sheet should include:
11. Please do not use any of the following: Running heads; Running footers; Page numbering; Footnotes or Endnotes created using specialized software; Reference lists created using bibliographic software.
12. Ensure any graphics, including figures and tables, are of high quality and easily manipulated in pdf format. We will do our best to include any graphics included with submissions but are dependent on the quality of the graphics submitted. Please include your permissions to use any graphics.
13. Please indicate First Author Last Name_Final Draft in the subject line and email your paper as a PDF to castleconference.sstep@gmail.com (do not submit through the EasyChair system).
We greatly appreciate the care and attention to detail that you take in preparing the final submission. If you follow all of the instructions above it greatly speeds up the process and saves us valuable time. While we are tight on time, we will endeavor to provide all authors with a draft for final checking before the manuscript is finalized.
If you have additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to receiving the full papers on or before
