To register for the conference please complete the following sections on this page. The information supplied will determine what your conference cost will be.

Paying for conference
After you have registered for the conference, we will contact you with the amount of money you will need to pay. We will then ask for your card details and provide these to the Castle so that they can charge you directly. If you need an invoice or another method of payment, please contact us directly.

Please note: We don't recommend that children accompany you to the Castle. If you need to attend with children please make this request in the box under the accommodation section.

We are restricted to a small range of room options. The majority of available rooms are either a single or shared standard room. These rooms have either a single or twin bed arrangement with toilets and showers nearby. If you want to share a room with another delegate or companion, please include their name in the space provided. There are a small number of double room options that have either double beds and twin bed possibilities. Each of these also a bathroom (with shower OR tub), phone and small TV. We we are also holding in reserve 4 single rooms with ensuites for special cases. If you need one of these room, please make your case in the special request box below. If (sadly) your request is unsuccessful, you will be assigned to a standard room. En suite twins and singles are VERY limited.
