RegistrationThe registration page is now open. We are restricted to only accepting 120 delegates this year because of renovations to the accommodation block. Please note that at least one author per paper must present their work at the Castle if it is to be included in the conference proceedings. There are still spaces available for you to join this stimulating conference. It is unlike any other you will attend. Partners are now accepted. Accommodation:
We are restricted to a small range of room options. The majority of available rooms are either a single or shared standard room. These rooms have either a single or twin bed arrangement with toilets and showers nearby. If you want to share a room with another delegate, you will indicate this on the registration page. There are a small number of double room options that have either double beds and twin bed possibilities. Each of these also a bathroom (with shower OR tub), phone and small TV. As a reminder, at this time, we ask that only two authors per paper register.
The following costs are indicative and cover all 4 nights of the conference (note that the room costs is the same regardless of how long you intend to stay at the conference.

We have the option of joining a bus tour on Tuesday afternoon to see the famous Seven Sisters. The cost of this trip is £ 30.00 per person.

- 13:30 Depart Herstmonceux Castle
- 14:15 Arrive Birling Gap for the first views of the Seven Sisters (Rest room facilities available here)
- 15:15 Depart Birling Gap for Seaford Head
- 15:35 Arrive Seaford Head for the best views of the Seven Sisters
- 16:30 Leave Seaford Head
- 17:15 Arrive at Herstmonceux Castle
